i think too much
I think I made it all up; like when i was a child and drew maps to Joe Lightning’s house-
I think I wanted to believe it soo bad- it isn’t real, believing is innocense-
I think I imagined it, a hallucination, non existent reality-
I think I created it; Masterpiece art-working-too-hard-
I think I was fooled, like a child throwing pennies in a well, honest, just misguided-
I think I hang on too tight, gripping while slippping from the edge-
I think I tasted it. Perfection-
I think I overcame it; what doesn’t kill you…-
I think I’m really 62, I just forgot the past 40 years-
I think life is a battle, it’s too bad i’m a pacifist-
I think i’m better off; life’s too short for pain-
I think i’m living my autobiography, and this is just a chapter-
I think ”this too shall pass“; pass out, become pas(t)(é), or pass you by-
I think beauty always wins, and the simple things are most beautiful-
I think you get the benefit of the doubt, until you lose trust-
I think jazz is life; random, flowing, and melodic-
I think your own heart can decieve you; balance wins-
I think i think too much-

It’s been interesting to read the progression of your thoughts and experiences in these blogs. I think this one is my favorite so far, I have fond memories of Chadow and Joe Lightning

I do remember the map on the garage door and the Lite-Brite maps. Maybe you do live in the clouds, at least metaphorically speaking

I loved that map on the garage door – very inventive for a four year old. And, at least metaphorically speaking, maybe you do live in the clouds

I also love reading your blog & poetry. AND, I remember Chadow & Joe Lightening, the Lightbright maps, crayon maps, and how excited you were about all the adventures you three (?) went on. I also remember the adventures you and Mitch would go on in the cul-de-sac and your corresponding maps.
